Tra Que Vegetable Village Cooking Class Tour Program
The guide will meet you in the hotel lobby. We will then proceed to the largest market in Hoi An by bicycle. Here, you will have the opportunity to experience shopping like a local and learn about the ingredients that will be used in the cooking class later.
Next, we will continue to Tra Que Vegetable Village. Enjoy a welcome drink to refresh and take a leisurely stroll through the vegetable gardens where local farmers work, learning about traditional farming methods that have been passed down for hundreds of years.
Learn how to prepare and cook dishes following the traditional Vietnamese culinary methods. The chef will guide you through the cooking process. After the lesson, you will savor the dishes you have cooked with your own hands.
The tour concludes in the afternoon, and we will return to the hotel by bicycle, concluding the itinerary.
